Currently face-to-face selling processes involve vast amounts of paperwork, which need to be delivered to back office systems through a fax or scanner (often having to be scanned in many different locations) to be processed. Destiny’s™ DP&P solution offers the opportunity to hugely reduce lead times from the capture of important sales data and customer orders, to the processing and translation of hand written forms to data files.

This real time solution, using Anoto® functionality, allows marketing data and sales orders to be presented much quicker to Cobra’s clients, which in turn allows their client to react quickly to fulfil their customer requirements.
