24th June 2004 - NetHawk is introducing a new
product package for 3G testing.
Analysing dropped calls and sessions in UTRAN
NetHawk 3G Analyser's real-time, multi-interface
Call Trace, detailed decoding capability and dynamic
Iub facilitate quick solving of call and session
related problems. The failed calls, sessions or
even different kind of handovers can be filtered
from high signalling load according to IMSI, IMEI,
TMSI, call/session statuses or even protocol cause
values.

With NetHawk 3G Analyser UTRAN power control mechanism
and radio interface quality can be investigated via
call/session specific UL BLER, FER, BER and SIR target
values collected with Iub Call Trace.
F8/kasumi ciphering is a standardised algorithm for
the security architecture of 3GPP system. NetHawk 3G
Analyser can decipher f8 encrypted messages when monitoring
both control and user plane data at Iub interface.
NeHawk provides support for CS Video services enabling
easy testing of your new services. H.324M protocol can
now be analysed with the market's most advanced testing
tool.
Optimized packet-switched data flow
NetHawk 3G Analyser is providing real time Quality of
Service delay and throughput measurements for analysing
bottlenecks in packet switched operation and conformance
to 3GPP QoS requirements.
NetHawk QoS Application enables measurement of all
traffic on an interface or of a single subscriber for
troubleshooting purposes. QoS application, like most
of NetHawk applications, is providing exportable results
for further analysis.
Implementing HSDPA and TD-SCDMA technologies
NetHawk is leading the way to the latest technologies:
3GPP Release-5 HSDPA and the Chinese TD-SCDMA standards
as well as Inverse Multiplexing for ATM (IMA) technology
are already supported.
NetHawk 3G Analyser 2.5 is now available. Please, contact
NetHawk Sales for further information.
