12th October 2004 - N-Gage gamers around the world
can now take their passion for games to the next level
with the all-new N-Gage Mobile Fan Packs. N-Gage Mobile
Fan Packs combine the sights and sounds from the some
of the most popular N-Gage games, which gamers can then
use to personalize their N-Gage game deck. Each Mobile
Fan Pack includes items such as ring tones, message
alert tones, multimedia message (MMS) animations, N-Gage
Arena launcher skins as well as background images to
display on your N-Gage idle screen.
"The N-Gage Mobile Fan Packs let gamers personalize
their game decks to reflect their passion for a particular
game," said John Kuner, Manager, N-Gage Arena.
"Items like ring tones and background images capture
the essence of a game and transport that directly onto
your game deck. Now you can have your sergeant from
Pathway to Glory yelling 'Fire in the hole!' as your
ring tone, or you can skin your N-Gage Arena launcher
to match the spooky look and feel of Ashen."
N-Gage Mobile Fan Packs are downloadable from the N-Gage
Arena for free for all registered N-Gage Arena users.
Gamers can download their favorite Mobile Fan Pack either
via the N-Gage Arena launcher application on their game
deck or via the N-Gage Arena website (http://arena.n-gage.com/).
Currently, Mobile Fan Packs are available that feature
Pathway to Glory, Ashen, Crash Nitro Kart and The Sims
Bustin' Out. More Mobile Fan Packs will be added soon,
featuring upcoming the latest N-Gage games.
