Local Business Connectivity Solution to Fujitsu's mobility
solutions portfolio. Nokia Local Business Connectivity
Solution connects company's Nokia Series 60 and Series
80 smartphones with IT services through local radio
network, utilizing WLAN (Wireless Local Area Network)
and Bluetooth. This unique local connectivity solution
enables the enterprise mobile device management and
transaction automation in a cost efficient way.
The Nokia Local Business Connectivity Solution offers
a new way to recognize, authenticate and authorize employees'
mobile devices when they arrive in the Nokia Local Business
Connectivity Solution coverage area. The mobile services
available for the employees are centrally managed by
Fujitsu, and the services assigned to the employee are
then delivered to the mobile device in a secure, automated
way.

has made it possible to implement high volume mobile
applications, that may not be feasible to implement
in another way today. The Nokia Local Business Connectivity
Solution is used by Fujitsu, included in the Fujitsu
mobile office product offering, and deliveries to first
