21st November - T-Mobile announces the arrival of its latest
exclusive lifestyle accessory, the Sidekick II. Featuring
T-Mobiles unique webnwalk service, the Sidekick
II is the ultimate communication gadget, making it easy for
staying in touch, in the know and on the scene.

is one of the most eagerly anticipated gadgets to arrive
in the UK in 2005.
This is the latest handset that offers T-Mobiles
webnwalk service enabling you to surf the
internet in the same way as you would on your PC, but
wherever you are whenever you need it. With instant
messaging also available, you get the most out of the

Staying in touch with friends or work mates has never been
so easy, with phone, email and instant messenger functions
available at the touch of a button. The Sidekick II makes
instant messaging simple to use whilst on the move. The device
has a full QWERTY keypad that makes typing faster and more
accurate - perfect for staying in touch via text as well as
by voice.
The Sidekick II also boasts a large colour screen, which
is ideal for playing games or viewing photos. This swivels
open to become a mini laptop or used closed as a gaming device,
phone or camera, depending on how you wish to use it.
The built-in VGA camera with flash is ideal for capturing
and sharing special moments or funny experiences. Each image
is instantly stored online in a back-up gallery as you can
immediately send pictures to friends and loved ones or save
them to your PC and print them. The Sidekick II also compresses
the content to speed up downloads and optimizes for viewing.
With on-device storage - 32 MB ROM and 16MB flash memory
- theres plenty of space to store images on the run.
In addition, users can assign photos from the photo gallery
to appear when certain people call, and as also use a picture,
for example of their favourite band, as the permanent image
on the Sidekick sleep screen.
