2nd July - Centro de Tecnología de las Comunicaciones,
S.A. (AT4 wireless), in Spain has been qualified to offer
UTRAN testing services according PTCRB requirements.
With effective date of May 24th AT4 wireless has been approved
as UTRAN (UMTS Terrestrial Radio Access Network) qualified
laboratory by PTCRB (PCS Type Certification Review Board),
again AT4 wireless has enhanced its portfolio adding new platforms
to complete its already extensive range of testing services.
AT4 wireless can offer now GSM/GPRS/EDGE, WCDMA, HSxPA,
Bluetooth®, Wi-Fi®, WIMAX, RFID, and other certification
services to its clients. This is another milestone of AT4
wireless´ strategy to consolidate its position as a
leading testing laboratory for wireless and mobile communication
technologies and to offer a one-stop shopping service
for the wireless and mobile communications industry.
This qualification enables AT4 wireless to provide 2G, 2.5G,
3G and 3.5G protocol, SIM and RF conformance testing to manufacturers
with products having 1900/850 and/or FDD bands II and V and
intending to sell their devices in the North American market.
It completes AT4 wireless Portfolio as our customers
willing to sell their devices in the European market can already
use our services for 2G, 2.5G, 3G and 3.5G for conformance
testing (Radio frequency, protocols, Audio and SIM) according
to the Global Certification Forum (GCF).
