| 2nd February - From February 1
T-Mobile customers will be able to use BlackBerry, an e-mail application increasing
in popularity all over the world at even more favourable prices. T-Mobile will
be offering its professional e-mail application, BlackBerry Instant E-mail as
a commercial service, at lower monthly price. From February 1, 2008 the
monthly fee of BlackBerry Instant E-mail will be reduced from 3000 HUF to 1990
HUF, and if the customer holds a subscription to a Mobile Internet Package, even
this favourable monthly fee will be reduced to only 990 HUF. The monthly fee of
this service also includes e-mail opportunities (with attachment handling), but
in contrast with the earlier offer, it does not include a minimum data traffic
credit for Internet or WAP access. From now on the customers will be able to choose
from among the various tariff plans, also enabling Internet use, the one that
suits their individual needs the best. This service can be used by both
private individuals and small enterprises simply, without any investment or prior
technical skills. That way, they will have access their e-mail messages on the
road and businesses can gain a competitive edge. With a subscription for
BlackBerry Instant E-mail service, it is enough to have a BlackBerry branded handset
or one enabled for BlackBerry by software. It is an advantage of BlackBerry that
the messages are delivered to the handset automatically, without any separate
synchronization, and users can even see the attachments. BlackBerry is able to
monitor as many as 10 different mailboxes at the same time (for example, Freemail,
Gmail), it is another benefit that when reading messages, only the necessary parts
get downloaded. In other words, data traffic is optimal. Simultaneously with the
commercial launch, it is an added useful novelty that the list of manageable attachment
types has been extended, from now on WAV, MP3, GIF, BMP files enclosed with the
messages can also be opened. It is another novelty that the user shells of BlackBerry
Instant E-mail service, used for Internet and WAP-related settings, will be available
in Hungarian language as well. About Research In Motion (RIM) Research
