the launch of Yahoo! oneSearch, Yahoo!s mobile search service, on T-Mobiles
webnwalk Internet service. Yahoo! oneSearch is specifically designed
for mobile users and quickly and easily delivers relevant results and instant
answers to search queries, removing the need to navigate through PC-like Web links.
T-Mobile, a leading light in the development of the mobile Internet, and
the Internet pioneer Yahoo! announced a partnership to pool their mobile Internet
expertise to the benefit of T-Mobile customers in February 2008. Together, they
are leading the mobile Internet industry. Smart search engine oneSearch
key to Yahoo!s goal of becoming the leading starting point for consumers
provides search results optimized for mobile, drawing on content from various
sources to deliver a wealth of information in a quick and easy format. oneSearch
understands your query intent and, where this functionality has been enabled,
remembers location, giving you results tailored to wherever you are. Results will
appear on one page conveniently grouped into key categories so finding
instant answers and relevant information is simple. oneSearch usage examples 1.
A traveller looking for flight information can enter their flight number into
oneSearch and will immediately receive the latest update including details of
any delays and gate numbers. With the federated search, additional contextual
information such as the weather at the destination, hotel information and images
will also be shown.
2. A thirsty shopper looking for coffee
will be returned results broken down into helpful categories, including details
of related internet and mobile internet sites, news and suggestions for related
search terms. In near future information on the nearest coffee shops will also

Wikipedia, flight information and the latest news headlines consumers will
find information that is current, comprehensive, accurate and easy to navigate.
