Momail wins prestigious global mobile messaging award [Back
to News Reports] 1st July - At the
9th Annual Global Messaging Conference in London, Momail was announced as winner
at a ceremony in the Cabinet War Rooms deep underground beneath Downing Street. |
| In
fierce competition Momail was selected winner in the category Best Messaging Application
– Consumers. This yearly award is presented by 160 Characters Association and
Informa Telecoms & Media. |

The motivation
from the Award Committee selecting Momail as “Best Consumer Messaging Application:
“With over 4 billion mobiles worldwide, texting is no longer the only
data messaging application. While there were several other worthy entrants in
this category Momail was chosen as it has had some successful implementations
across Nordic countries already with its clientless mobile email with plans to
reach a broader mass market.” The judges were impressed by Momail’s
ease of use and ability to function on almost every handset model in the market
today. “It’s very exciting for us at Momail to again being
selected for a prestigious award like the global Mobile Messaging Award. |
